The hotel offers rooms with an excellent view over the garden and a fabulous new bathroom. The service was friendly, especially the manager in the spa, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, some staff members seemed new and didn't have proper training in delivering good customer service. The location is on a hillside within walking distance of the charming market town of Peebles. The dining experience is served in the morning and is not to be missed, with super toaster and great views. Overall, the facilities are top-notch.
The hotel offers a delightful experience with rooms featuring balconies for enjoying Scotland's changing weathers, along with fabulous views. The accessible bathrooms add to the comfortable stay, although some may find the lack of privacy on the hillside a drawback.
